15. How do I schedule an open house for the property I am selling?
Call your RealtyGuys.Com representative with the date and time of when you would like to schedule an open house. Once this information is received your listing will be updated. All you have to do is make sure you display your open sign. It's that simple! [top]
 
16. If an agent contacts me to show my home, do I have to pay them if they write a contract?
The answer is technically, no. In reality, if an agent from a real estate office wants to show your home because it is just perfect for their client, they will generally contact you first to find out if you are willing to negotiate a fee.
